From its humble beginnings in 1962 Twirl-a-Paint, or Spin Art, has become a favorite for fairs, carnivals, fund raisers, or just about any gathering.

It all stared with us on the boardwalk in Wildwood, New Jersey. After several attempts at other methods, we discovered that the simplest was the best, and that's how the Penn Photomounts Spin-Art Machine, and supplies division were born.We make the machine, the frames and cards, and we supply the poly bottles to squirt on the paint. All you need to do is set up the machine and away you go.

It's really quite simple; spin the card, or the flying disk on the supplied holder in the machine, splash on some paint and you've got art, Spin-Art, that is.
